Man Shun Cheong Slow Boil Yoshihama Board is produced by Man Shun Cheong Company of Hong Kong. Man Shun Cheong was founded in Shantou, Guangdong in 1928. It is an old seafood shop inherited by a century -old inheritance. 香港老品牌攻台 百年萬順昌進駐台灣

鮑魚是俗稱「四大海味」之一的頂級食材,一般養成需耗時約三至五年,是一種嬌貴的生物,若海水太髒、溫度不正確、沒有海藻,容易長不大也難存活,但其營養價值成分極高,許多商人注意到鮑魚的經濟價值,陸續開拓相關產業,其中1928年成立在廣東汕頭的「萬順昌」,爾後於2018年在台灣成立「萬順昌貿易有限公司」,更推出即開即食的慢煮吉品鮑魚,讓此一尊貴菜餚上桌,讓更多民眾能輕鬆、快速、方便享用。

隨著養殖技術的進步,在產、官、學各界多年的技術累積下,不僅讓鮑魚的成本大幅下降,在通路販售價格也趨於平易近人,萬順昌陳老闆順應台灣市場,將過去老一輩傳統做法轉換網路世代發展。他說,早期一般民眾對鮑魚的印象就是價格高、頂多只能在婚宴場合吃到,甚至被形容是一種高貴的象徵,如今市場上鮑魚算是相對容易取得的食材,無論煎、炒、煮、炸都很適合,若只是像過去那樣只蘸醬(美乃滋)Mayonnaise sauce吃,就真的太可惜了。

面對台灣廣大市場,現今在各大店商通路上(SOGO, CITYSUPER)基本上都可以看到萬順昌的蹤影,尤其鮑魚在包裝上,萬順昌更研發出一套技術,將鮑魚的軟嫩感完美保住,透過精緻、合理的價格,成功在年節禮盒等市場上佔有一席之地,取代過去包裝的方式,不僅質感上大幅提升,逢年過節送禮也較大半(台語),貴氣感直接增加。
